For twelve years, I worked on the frontlines of nonprofit fundraising, reading the room, finding the gap everyone else missed, and reigniting the volunteers, donors, and teams who'd lost their spark. Along the way I helped raise millions and built a national partnership.
But what I kept coming back to wasn't the campaign plan. It was the people behind it. I've felt both burnout and breakthrough, and I've watched too many good leaders lose momentum simply because no one was in their corner. I started this practice to be that person: the one who listens for the real challenge, then walks alongside you until it's solved.
I work with the leaders carrying the mission: executive directors, boards, founders, and the development teams who do the asking. If you care deeply and carry a lot, we'll get along.
